Registration

ENTRIES

Entries will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to the amount of performance time available. All entries must be entered using our Online Registration System. No other form of registration will be accepted. All entries must include the correct names and ages of all dancers.  Absolutely NO changes after the schedule is complete. 

PAYMENT
All entries MUST be PAID IN FULL before they will be processed. Payments must be made by Certified Check or Credit Card. No other forms of payment will be accepted. Entries submitted without payment are subject to being removed from the competition without warning.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
After payment is made, you will receive a summary via email of all routines registered. It is imperative that you review this information including birth date and age division, and reply IMMEDIATELY with any corrections. 

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to add additional competition days/times, if deemed necessary, and  reserves the right to move the competition location if it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
We also reserve the right to limit solos to ONE per dancer, depending on venue capability and space.
