A routine that mainly consists of ballet or pointe technique

A routine that combines lyrical and modern movements or demonstrates a contemporary style 

A routine that consists of the latest street or break dance styles

A routine that utilizes jazz technique and style

A routine that is performed to the mood of the music and utilizes lyrical technique

A routine utilizing tap technique and tap work. Tap routines must be performed in tap shoes only 

A routine featuring any style of dance performed to the music of a Broadway Musical or Movie Musical. Or a routine featuring any style of dance interpreting a song or character. Lyrics of the song can be lip synced  or  sang without a microphone. 

Any routine that does not fit any of the definitions of any other category
