Each solo routine will receive a memory plaque with adjudication. Every member of a duet, trio and group routine will receive an adjudication button.
The top 3 highest scoring routines in each category and age division will be awarded a memory plaque with adjudication and medal to add to the routine's memory plaque.
The top 10 scoring routines in each age division will be awarded a memory plaque with adjudication and medal to add to the routine's memory plaque.
All soloist who enters 2 or more routines will be competing for Outstanding Soloist. The top 2 scoring routines are averaged to determine a winner. Title awards are given to the top 3 highest scoring soloist for ages 11 & under and 12 & over. Outstanding Soloist will receive a medal to add to their memory plaque.
All duet/trio routines will be competing for outstanding duet/trio. Outstanding duet/trio awards are given to the top 3 highest scoring duet/trio for ages 11 & under and 12 & over. Outstanding duet/trios will receive a medal to add to their memory plaque.
The highest scoring group routine of the competition will receive a medal for the routine's memory plaque. Along with a Championship Ring for each member of the routine. The teacher, choreographer and studio owner will also receive a congratulatory gift. The High Point award is given to one routine for ages 11 & under and 12 & over.
NOTE: Line and Production Routines are not eligible for this award.
The cover model honor requires a 8x10 headshot portrait submission and a $45 entry fee. Portraits must be submitted on the first day of competition to the registration desk. Cover model contestants must be a registered competitor in the competition and may register more than one entry. Cover model winners will be highlighted on our website as well as the following competition season's promotional items. A model release form will be required.
Routines recognized for choreography, entertainment and judge's choice will receive a medal for the routine's memory plaque.
This award is presented to the studio who displays spirit, unity and talent. Studio's On The Rise provide their dancers with a variety of opportunities as well as display a strong sense of leadership, positive outlook and a supportive community. Studio receives a banner.
Awarded to the studio with highest average score, includes all registered entires. Must include, solos, duet/trios and group numbers to be considered.
Memory plaques are the BEST part of the competition. All awards received for a routine can be displayed on your memory plaque!
